Your dealership's Facebook page: a 10-point checklist
By the Drive Good team · October 2026 · 3 min read
In short: your Facebook page is where buyers check that you're real before they message. Make it complete, keep it active and answer every message fast. Run through these 10 points today.
The checklist
- 1. A clear profile photo. Your logo, readable even small.
- 2. A cover that shows your vehicles. A real photo of your lot or a few vehicles, not a stock image.
- 3. The right category and name. Your dealership's real name, exactly as on your sign.
- 4. Complete contact details. Address, phone, website, hours and service area.
- 5. A contact button. "Send message" or "Call now", so buyers can reach you in one tap.
- 6. Messenger replies turned on. An instant reply for the first message, then a person or DriveGood AI for the rest.
- 7. Regular posts. New arrivals, walkaround videos, deliveries with the buyer's permission, and behind the scenes.
- 8. Real people. Your team, your lot, your town. Buyers buy from people.
- 9. Reviews and answers. Reply to every review and every comment, good or bad.
- 10. Links that work. Your website, your vehicles and your WhatsApp, all checked.
Remember
Your business Page can run ads, post vehicles to your followers and answer buyers in Messenger, but it can't create vehicle listings on Marketplace. Read: Can dealers post on Facebook Marketplace?
